• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before it can be withdrawn.
• Duration: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Bonuses that are not used within this period will be automatically cancelled.

Bet Cancellation Terms

Pkluck02 reserves the right to verify an account immediately upon detecting suspicious activity. The account may be temporarily suspended during the verification process.

Pkluck02 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• If KYC verification fails
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months)
• At the user's own request
• By court order or directive from a regulatory authority

Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed for reasons other than a terms violation, any remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method. In cases of fraudulent activity, the balance may be forfeited.

For inactive accounts, a maintenance fee of up to ৳50 per month may be charged after 12 months of inactivity. Your balance will never fall below zero.
